Shipping
Our products are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure the freshest quality to you. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and your items to ship, though we usually ship within 3 days of receiving orders.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please double check your designated shipping address before finalizing your order. Oeste is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped to their destination.
Oeste is not responsible in the event of delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. We appreciate your patience as we, like everyone else, navigate the joys of shipping during Covid-19 disruptions. Give your delivery person a friendly wave and smile while we’re at it, it’s tough out there! :)
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. That said, we aim to satisfy each and every customer, and want to resolve any issue that may arise. Please email us at studio@oeste.co within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to work toward a solution.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please email us photos and a detailed description and we'll take care of you.
